At the age of 18 I became interested in working out. I worked out off and on until the age of 22 when a buddy of mine invited me to try a Crossfit class for the first time. Walking into that first class was intimidating to begin with, but by the end of the class, I was hooked. I enjoy Crossfit because the workouts are fun, I am now stronger than I have ever been, and I now have a great community of people supporting me.
As a result of how much I have gained and how much I enjoy Crossfit, I decided to become a coach and help provide that experience to others. I enjoy the process of teaching others and watching them succeed and meet their personal goals.
