Warmup-100m Forward Sled Drag, 100m Backward sled drag
A) Front Squat 1RM, then 95%x1, 90%x1
B) Strict Press- 4RM, then 3×4@90%
C)WOD:
50 Wall Balls for time *rest 30 secs
100 Doubles for time *rest 30 secs
50 T2B for time
