Warmup-Barbell Drills
A) Every 90 secs complete 1 Snatch for 15 mins
*Start at 50% and increase 5-10 lbs
*After 15 mins you have 5 additional minutes to lift heavier if possible
B) Every 90 secs complete 1 Clean and Jerk for 15 mins
*Start at 50% and increase 5-10 lbs
*After 15 mins you have 5 additional minutes to lift heavier if possible
C) Accessory: 100 Bent Over Rows @50% 10RM
*Every time you break you must do 4 Bar Over Burpees
*5 min cap
