*Partners complete full rounds before switching
then,
300 Air Squats
200 KB Swings (53/35)
100 Wall Balls (20/14)
*Switching whenever needed
then,
21-15-9
Row Cals
Pull Ups

*Each Partner completes 21 cals and pull ups then next partner completes 21 of each until every partner has complete the 21’s then go to 15’s and so on….
