B) Prowler SPRINTS (Front Lot)
*No Stopping…even at the turnaround or don’t add weight
*complete 4-5 sets….5 if you have time only do 4 if we are running out of time.
C) WOD: 10 AMRAP
3 Thrusters (95/65)
3 Box Overs (24/20)
6/6, 9/9, 12/12, 15/15….
then from 10-15
max jerk from the rack
