*Start @60% of your best clean and increase if possible

B) EMOM 25

1-15 WB (20/14)

2-15 Hang Power Cleans (115/75)

3-Rest

4-15 Bar Facing Burpees

5-15 S20 (115/75)

*scale to 10-12 reps if needed
