Run 2000m *alternate every 200m
150 Doubles *alternate every 25 doubles/50 singles
100 Partner Wall Balls
75 Ring Rows
Row 50 cals *alternate every 25cals
25 T2B/Beat Swings/Knee Raises
*Partner not working must hold slam ball
*If slam ball gets dropped must break and do 10 burpees (Only exception is during partner wall balls)
