then, Barefoot walking

25m Forward Toes

25m Backward Toes

25m Inside Foot

25m Outside Foot

50m Heels w/Shoes on

A) Strength: Back Squats

*work to a heavy single 95-100%

then, 3×2@90%

B)EMOM until failure

2 Rounds of: 5 WB (20/14) +5 Pull ups

2 Rounds of: 8/8,

….11/11, 14/14, 17/17…etc
