Congratulations to the Marshall Creed and Kenzie Riley on winning all 5 events at the Winter Wod Challenge this weekend! Lindsey Klein and Andrew Spencer took 8th place overall in the scaled division out of 38 teams! A great showing by our teams! Tomorrow is the 1-year Anniversary of the Grand Opening of CrossFit 217. The time has really flown by! We have won competitions, hit new pr’s, and met lots of great people that we can proudly call our CrossFit 217 family. We would like to thank everyone that has been a part of our journey together. In honor of our 2012 Grand Opening, we will be doing the same WOD that we did that day:
