50 Alternating Plate Burpees
50 Sit ups each partner (Partner holds plank)
30 Alternating Box Jumps
30 Alternating Plate Burpees
30 Sit ups each partner (Partner holds plank)
200m relay (baton is a slam ball-30/20 )x 3 each partner or 6 total 200’s
*rest 3 mins then, 100 Wall Balls Split however+800 m run w/partner
