*Start @ aprox 50% 1RM or estimated 1RM

*Add 5-10#’s each minute

*Goal is to last 10-15 mins

B) “Survivor”

E3MOM for as long as possible or max of 10 Rounds

Run 200m

10 Hang Power Snatch (75/55)

7 T2B–Toes over HIp–Knee Raises–Sit ups

4 Burpees over the bar
