Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to CrossFit 217 is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in CrossFit 217 group classes.
Our Fundamentals program is one-on-one with a CrossFit trainer. As you work through the three sessions you will learn about the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity. Fundamentals are the perfect place to ask questions before transitioning into our group classes. Attendance and participation is mandatory and we work to fit them in your schedule. A free goal setting session and one week of group CrossFit classes are included.
