*Goal is to stop at 10 mins and come the same way back and arrive at 20 min mark.

A) Prowler Sled Push

100 foot *AHAP…heavy, heavy, heavy
*Should be a slow grind possibly 2-3 attempts to finish
B) Gymnastics: In a 10min window
Complete 3 sets of max Strict HSPU
